Welcome to the Rule 21 Working Group's website.

The site was developed and is hosted by the California Energy Commission to assist the Working Group maintain records and documents from its meetings.

The Working Group consists of parties who have expressed an interest in participating in development of Rule 21 and related items. The group meets as required (usually every four to eight weeks). The meetings are held at various locations in Northern or Southern California and can be attended in person or by two-way telephone. At this time, there are 234 people listed as members of the Rule 21 Working Group. Meetings usually have 25 to 35 attendees.

From this website, you'll be able to download Acrobat PDF and MS Word files from previous meetings through the link in the left-hand navigation column. Meeting minutes and some agendas begin with meeting 23 in August 2001.

For future meetings, presentations and other materials, which have in the past been e-mailed to group members, will be made available from the "current meeting page" linked in the left-hand navigation column. When files for a new meeting are sent, the ones from the previous meeting are moved from the "current meeting" folder and moved to the "previous meetings" folder.
